The content management system allows you to change your homepage images, page banners and products quickly and easily. Homepage banners can include videos and countdown clocks. You can create your own landing and event pages. All banners can be timed allowing you to setup promotions and product launches in advance.
The system incorporates a comprehensive suite of promotions which, together with product launches, can be set up in advance to start on a certain day & time. Promotion tags can be linked to a specific promotion and are then automatically displayed with the product image.
Adding new products is simple with a `copy an existing product` feature. Although you can have more than one image per product, you only need to upload one product image the system will resize it for the listing and product pages together with the basket page. You can control which categories your product is displayed in and where it is shown on the page.
Your customers receive an email when they place an order and another when you despatch their goods. If you use a carrier with a direct feed then we can include the consignment number and a link to allow them to track their parcel so they are always kept informed.
Credit Cards are taken using the PCI Compliant Optomany Secure Payment Page, We can also add PayPal Express Checkout which provides a faster checkout experience for the customer.
Stock Control is a key part of the system, the customer is warned when stock is low and you can decide to offer an alternative item or place a back order if stock is not available. Email me when in stock is also another useful feature.
A full reporting module is available. All customer's details are stored in your database allowing you to send out promotional emails to target customers for web offers and new products.
Our Web Servers are hosted at our Secure Data Centre, the servers are fully managed and include off site backups, load balancing and hardware failure resilience.
For additional security all of our websites have their own organisational SSL certificates, weekly vulnerability server scans and monthly PCI scans are included with the system.
